Service Description
Arjun Chandoliya Official provides independent music label and music distribution services, including music distribution, catalogue and label operations, digital music services and release support, as agreed with each client.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete and authorised information, audio, artwork, metadata and rights documentation, and must respond to reasonable requests for clarification or supporting documents.

Rights and Ownership
Clients confirm that they own or control, or have obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions to distribute the submitted content. Unauthorised copyrighted material must not be submitted.

Music Submission Requirements
All submitted audio, artwork and metadata must meet the requirements set out in the Music Submission Guidelines. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or held for correction.

Metadata Accuracy
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all metadata supplied with a release, including credits, ISRC, UPC/EAN and copyright information.

Copyright Complaints
If a copyright complaint, ownership dispute or rights-related issue is received, Arjun Chandoliya Official may temporarily hold, restrict, suspend or remove the affected release while the matter is reviewed.

Release Rejection
Arjun Chandoliya Official reserves the right to reject, hold or request correction of any release that does not meet submission, rights or platform requirements.

Takedown Requests
Takedown requests are handled according to the applicable agreement. Clients may be required to provide supporting information for a takedown request.

Account / Dashboard Suspension
Release access or account access may be suspended where there is suspected infringement, fraudulent activity, inaccurate information, abuse or serious violation of these terms.

Fees and Payment Terms
Fees and payment terms are agreed separately with each client. Where a fee or payment term has not yet been agreed, it will be confirmed in writing before services are provided.

Refund / Cancellation Terms
Refund and cancellation terms, where applicable, are set out in the applicable agreement. Where no specific term has been agreed, the position will be confirmed with the client before services are provided.

Distribution Platform Decisions
Digital platforms make their own decisions on whether to accept, display, restrict or remove content. Arjun Chandoliya Official does not guarantee any specific platform outcome.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arjun Chandoliya Official is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from distribution services. Liability is limited to the scope of the applicable agreement.

Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential information shared during the engagement secure and does not disclose it to unauthorised third parties.

Changes to Services or Terms
Arjun Chandoliya Official may update its services or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination
Distribution or dashboard access may be terminated in cases of serious or repeated violations, or as set out in the applicable agreement.
